Wind farm maintenance planning software

Maintenance planning in wind energy fails at the handovers: the plan lives in one tool, the assignment in another, and what actually happened in a technician's notes. Aerokasix keeps planning, assignment and execution in the same record chain.

From observation to planned intervention

Work enters Aerokasix as an incident when a turbine has faulted, or as an operational notification when a team member records an observation, an inspection finding or a SCADA event. Notifications carry a planned date and start time, so scheduled interventions appear in the same daily view as unplanned ones.

Planned interventions are typed. Preventive maintenance, inspection, service, retrofit and predictive-maintenance campaigns follow their own rules instead of being forced into a corrective workflow that does not describe them.

Work orders that describe the job, not the progress

A work order in Aerokasix is the container for a maintenance job. It can cover a single turbine, a group of turbines or a whole wind farm, and it supports corrective, preventive, predictive, inspection, emergency, modification, calibration and commissioning types.

Execution progress does not live on the work order. It lives in the maintenance session, which records the actual technical work. A work order is therefore open or closed, and nothing else — which keeps historical planning data stable when a job is re-planned.

  • Single-turbine, multi-turbine and wind-farm work order creation
  • Priority, due date, scheduled date and estimated time
  • Required skills, tools and spare parts recorded against the job
  • Source traceability: manual, incident, notification, preventive plan, inspection or engineering analysis

Assignment with qualification checks

Assigning the wrong technician to a turbine technology is an avoidable delay. Aerokasix validates assignments against the workforce record, which holds each technician's technology qualifications, certifications and availability, and it keeps assignments scoped to the company.

Technicians can be organised into two-person teams. The daily plan shows the workload each team carries, so supervisors can see the day before it becomes a problem.

A daily plan both sides can trust

Today's Plan is the operational layer: faulted turbines, warnings, scheduled maintenance and unassigned work in priority order, with the live stage of every session attached. Managers see the fleet; technicians see their own day.
